Hi, I’m Stephanie!

My husband and I live in Cleveland, Ohio in a charming 1928 Bungalow-Craftsman. With 6 kids, two dogs and full-time jobs, we’re just doing the best we can to turn our humble hive into a home we love.

I probably could have spent more time shopping around a bit to find similar pendant shades for much cheaper but, sometimes you just have to say screw it.these 3 cost me a total of $70. I also discovered how much I hate buying light bulbs...there are far too many options to pick from, like why do there need to be so many?? Seriously. Got the TV mounted. Electrician is coming in a few days to drill holes and hide the wires. We thought about putting it over the fireplace but since we use it so often, we were worried about heat and smoke damage and also thought the angle from the couches would be odd.

Came home after a long day of work and class to this monstrosity in my front yard...it’s practically as big as our house! My husband loves nothing more than finding new toys for the kids...especially when it brings the entire neighborhood over to play #wehavethecoolhouseontheblock

Almost finished cleaning up the outdoor furniture (it finally stopped raining!!) and all I want to do is sit under the lights with candles burning and music and drinks...ahhhhh heaven.

Took the family on a vacay a few weeks ago to Myrtle Beach and came across this adorable neighborhood - the houses were painted these coastal hues and each house had these mini garages that had me so inspired!

Shopping for a new sofa is difficult with two kids in tow but, love the styles we found so far today...we are getting so close!!
