Hi, I’m Stephanie!

My husband and I live in Cleveland, Ohio in a charming 1928 Bungalow-Craftsman. With 6 kids, two dogs and full-time jobs, we’re just doing the best we can to turn our humble hive into a home we love.

Painter is back- this time he’s tackling the dining room and hallway. He started with sanding off the texture on the walls in the dining room and it’s already. 🙌 so excited to see this upgrade!

Guys. We’re going gray! Sherwin Williams Light French Gray to be exact. I had like 20 seconds to make a call on the paint color (actually, I had three days but my indecisiveness turned it into an “oh shit” moment). Man. Change is hard. What accent colors can I do? #graylivingroom #lightgraywalls #craftsmanhome

Walls and trim are complete- we went with Sherwin Williams Oyster Bay on the walls and I’m LOVING it!! Not too dark and not too bright green either. Now, painting the radiator will be all that’s left before we start putting all the pieces back together. Problem is, now I want to buy all new furniture. 😑

The living room is still a work in progress. I was originally planning to paint the fireplace brick but, our painter advised that it would require a good deal of maintenance since it’s wood burning and we use it often so, for now, we will leave it as is and just give it a good clean (and maybe paint in some of the grout lines that are dingy). I’m thinking a light gray for the wall colors. any recommendations?? #craftsmanfireplace #fireplace #interiorpainting
